Terms of Use
By using Sintonando (website and apps for TV, iPhone and Android) you agree to these terms, entered into with Options Creative LTDA.
1. The service
Sintonando is a player and directory of radio stations publicly streamed on the internet. It is offered free of charge, “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability of any station, audio quality or absence of errors. Stations may go offline, change address or restrict access at any time without notice.
2. Broadcaster content
All programming, music, speech and brands belong to the respective broadcasters and rights holders. Sintonando only facilitates access to streams the broadcasters themselves make public. We neither control nor answer for that content. Broadcasters that do not wish to be listed may request removal (see the Copyright page).
3. Permitted use
- Personal, non-commercial use.
- Copying, modifying, decompiling, redistributing, reselling or creating derivative works of the app, site, design, brand or code of Sintonando without written permission from Options Creative is prohibited.
- Using the service, its relays or infrastructure to record, redistribute or rebroadcast station audio, for automated data extraction (scraping) or for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
- Circumventing technical limits, overloading the service or interfering with its operation for other users is prohibited.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Options Creative is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, from content transmitted by broadcasters, from interruptions, mobile data costs or third-party failures (hosting, directories, broadcasters).
5. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue the service or these terms at any time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
6. Law and venue
Brazilian law applies. The courts of Londrina, Paraná, Brazil, have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
