Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Sintonando, by Options Creative LTDA (“we”), handles personal data, in line with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).
Data that stays on your device
Your chosen state, favorites, station history, tuning, equalizer and language are saved only in your device’s local storage (browser, TV or phone). They are never sent to us. Clearing the app’s or site’s data removes everything.
Data we do not collect
- No sign-up, name, e-mail or phone number.
- No tracking, advertising or profiling cookies.
- No selling or sharing of personal data.
Services your device connects to
- Radio stations: when you play a station your device connects directly to the broadcaster’s server, which sees your IP address like any listener. Each broadcaster has its own policy.
- Radio Browser (radio-browser.info): the station directory; it receives searches made in the app and counts plays anonymously (popularity).
- Hosting (Vercel): serves the site and, when needed, relays a station’s audio to enable tuning or non-https streams. The relay stores no audio. Technical access logs (IP, time, URL) may be kept briefly by the host for security.
- Logos (images.weserv.nl): resizes station logos.
- Lyrics (lrclib.net): looks up the song the station reports, when you open the lyrics.
- App stores: the iPhone, Android and TV apps are also subject to Apple, Google, LG and Samsung policies.
Your rights
Since we keep no personal data, confirming, accessing, correcting or deleting data happens on your device. For any request or question, write to contato@sintonando.com.br.
Children
Sintonando collects no data from children or anyone else. Station content is the broadcasters’ responsibility.
Changes
Changes to this policy are published on this page with the update date.
